ACF 1233: Teaser for the 2011 Luang Prabang Film Festival, December 3 - 7
The 2nd annual Luang Prabang Film Festival will be held in the former royal capital of Laos from December 3 - 7, 2011. Over thirty films on a Southeast Asian theme are to be presented.
