UCLA Film & Television Archive and UCLA Center for Southeast Asian Studies present a special FREE screening of the documentary, The Killing Fields of Dr. Haing S. Ngor (2015), this Saturday, March 5 at 7:30 p.m. at the Billy Wilder Theater in Westwood Village.
An inspired blend of animation and rare archival material, this documentary looks at the extraordinary life of Dr. Haing S. Ngor, who survived the Khmer Rouge camps and rose to fame as an Oscar-winning actor. Special guests will include director Arthur Dong, Sophia Ngor, and Jack Ong.
