A young woman lives alone in an isolated house on a hill. There she pines for a lost love, becoming increasingly angry and depressed. Finally she reaches the point where something drastic must be done. Then an unexpected intrusion changes her life.

Corazon en Fuego is an utterly delightful animated short that was made by Murakami as a project for the Division of Animation and Digital Arts, Shool of Cinema-Television, University of Southern California.
